摘要
研究目的:系统评价一次急性运动对骨骼肌AMPKα、AMPKα1及AMPKα2的不同影响。研究方法:采用主题检索方法,检索Web of Science、PubMed、Embase外文数据库以及中国知网、万方中文数据库,查找1999年1月至2023年3月期间的符合纳入标准的文献进行质量评价,运用RevMan 5.4统计软件对纳入的数据进行Meta分析。研究结果:共纳入文献19篇,共纳入285人,发表时间在2004年至2017年;一次急性运动后0min、30min、120min和180min,骨骼肌AMPKα运动后合并效应量高于运动前,具有显著性(P<0.05),且运动后30min合并效应量达到最高;一次急性运动中、0min和60min,骨骼肌AMPKα2运动后合并效应量高于运动前,具有显著性(P<0.05),且运动后60min合并效应量达到最高;一次急性运动不能激活AMPKα1活性(P>0.05)。研究结论:一次急性运动后可促进骨骼肌AMPKα和AMPKα2活性升高,进而增强骨骼肌对葡萄糖的吸收和利用,可促进脂肪氧化代谢和抑制脂肪合成。
Objective:To systematically evaluate the different effects of acute exercise on AMPKα,AMPKα1 and AMPKα2 in skeletal muscle.Methods:Subject search method was used to search the Web of Science,PubMed,Embase foreign language databases,CNKI and Wanfang Chinese language databases,and to find the literature meeting the inclusion criteria from January 1999 to March 2023 for quality evaluation.Meta-analysis of the included data was performed using RevMan 5.4 statistical software.Results:A total of 19 literatures were included,including 285 people.At 0min,30min,120min and 180min after one acute exercise,the combined effect size of AMPKαin skeletal muscle was significantly higher after exercise than before exercise(P<0.05),and the combined effect size reached the highest at 30min after exercise.During,0min and 60min of acute exercise,the combined effect size of AMPKα2 in skeletal muscle was significantly higher after exercise than before exercise(P<0.05),and the combined effect size reached the highest at 60min after exercise.One acute exercise could not activate AMPKα1 activity(P>0.05).Conclusions:After one acute exercise,AMPKαand AMPKα2 activities of skeletal muscle can be promoted,and then the absorption and utilization of glucose by skeletal muscle can be enhanced,which can promote fat oxidation metabolism and inhibit fat synthesis.
