摘要
本文以姜黄素为模板分子,以四氧化三铁磁性纳米微球为芯材,3-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷为功能单体,利用表面分子印迹技术制备了姜黄素磁性分子印迹微球,用于姜黄素的高选择性识别。其结构表征采用了扫描电镜(SEM)、傅里叶变换红外光谱(FTIR)、X-射线衍射(XRD)、热重(TG-DTG)分析等手段;在对同类黄色素的吸附中,磁性分子印迹微球能够特异性识别姜黄素,其吸附率达到60.62%,而非印迹微球为26.11%;吸附性能的研究表明印迹微球对姜黄素吸附符合Langmuir单分子吸附方程;好的重复性吸附行为使其可以循环使用。磁性印迹微球的选择吸附行为从混合物中提取姜黄素提供了应用前景。
Magnetic Fe_(3)O_(4)nanospheres were used as matrix material and 3-aminopropyl triethoxysilane was used as functional monomer,magnetic molecularly imprinted microspheres(MMIMs)were prepared by surface molecular imprinting technology combining with chemical crosslinking to selectively identify curcumin.Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FTIR),X-ray diffraction(XRD)and thermogravimetry(TG-DTG)were used to characterize the structure of MMIMs.In the adsorption of similar yellow pigments,magnetic molecularly imprinted microspheres could specifically recognize curcumin,and its adsorption rate was 60.62%,while that of non-imprinted microspheres was 26.11%;The study of adsorption performance showed that the adsorption isotherm was well fitted with the Langmuir model.Good repetitive adsorption behavior makes it recyclable.The selective adsorption behavior of magnetic imprinted microspheres provides an application prospect for the extraction of curcumin from the mixture.
