环境温度影响下自燃煤矸石山热管降温技术研究 被引量:2

Experimental study on heat-pipe cooling technology of spontaneously combustible gangue hills under the influence of ambient temperature

摘要 针对大垴梁煤矿煤矸石山的自燃问题,基于热管被动降温技术原理,在发火区和蓄热区设置群管治理试验组,并对不同深度的温度进行10个月的实时监测,探究环境温度影响下群管在不同温度区的治理效果。结果表明:发火区寒季降温较快,暖季降温速率减缓,整体呈持续降温趋势,降温比率可达14%~36%,治理效果明显;蓄热区内部温度受环境温度影响较大,群管在寒季移热快,降温效果较好,暖季低温差作用下,具有一定抑制升温的作用。 In view of the spontaneous combustion problem of gangue hills in Danaoliang Coal Mine,based on the technical principle of passive cooling of heat pipes,the experimental groups of group tube were set up in the fire zone and heat storage area,and the temperature at different depths was monitored in real time for 10 months to explore the treatment effect of group pipes in different temperature zones under the influence of ambient temperature.The results show that the cooling rate in the cold season of the fire area is faster,the cooling rate of the warm season is slower.The overall cooling trend is continuous,and the cooling rate can reach 14% to 36%,the treatment effect is obvious.The internal temperature of the heat storage area is greatly affected by the ambient temperature.The group tube shifts heat quickly in the cold season,and the cooling effect is better.Under the action of the low temperature difference in the warm season,it still has a certain effect of inhibiting the heating.
