摘要
化学成像技术因其可同时提供被测对象的光谱信息与空间信息,在我国国防安全和轻工业领域已经得到较广泛的应用。随着相关技术的发展,以及化学成像技术具备“实时质量控制和在线分析”的特点,其在医药学临床诊断、药物分析、生物成像研究等领域也展现了巨大的应用前景。本文介绍化学成像技术的基本原理及其在药物分析中的应用。
Chemical imaging has been widely used in national defense security and light industry because it can provide both spectral and spatial information of the measured object.With the development of related technologies and the characteristics of“online analysis for quality control”,chemical imaging has shown great application prospects in various applications including clinical diagnosis,drug analysis,biological imaging research and other fields.Herein,this paper focused on the basic principle of chemical imaging technology and its application in drug analysis.
