农村劳动力转移对农户参与新型农业经营模式的影响研究——基于山东省1068个农户的调查分析

Research on the Impact of Rural Labor Transfer on Farmers’Participation in New Agricultural Business Models:Based on the Investigation and Analysis of 1068 Farmers in Shandong Province

以山东省1068个农户调查数据为基础,构建多元Logistic模型分析山东省农村劳动力转移对农户参与新型农业经营模式的影响,并基于间接定价理论探讨生产分工与交易效率对农户选择的影响机制,从人力资本、个体特征、资源禀赋等六个方面,解释影响农户参与模式选择的因素。研究结果表明:农村劳动力转移有利于农户选择成为专业大户和参与农民专业合作社,但对农户参与农业企业影响不显著;农村劳动力转移规模扩大不利于农户选择成为专业大户(包含家庭农场)和参与农民专业合作社;当农户参与新型农业经营模式时,农村劳动力转移及其转移规模不断扩大会使农户更倾向于选择分工简单的新型农业经营模式。生产者年龄、家庭承包土地面积、土地转让面积、是否了解新型农业经营模式也对农户参与新型农业经营模式存在不同程度的影响。

Based on the data from the survey of 1068 farmers in Shandong Province,a multivariate logistic model was constructed to study the impact of rural labor transfer in Shandong Province on farmers’participation in the new agricultural business models.And based on the indirect pricing theory,this paper discusses the impact mechanism of production division and transaction efficiency on farmers’choices.From the six aspects of human capital,individual characteristics and resources endowment etc.,this paper explains the factors that affect the choices of farmers’participation mode.The research results show that rural labor transfer is beneficial for farmers to choose to become large professional households and participate in farmers’professional cooperatives,but it has no significant impact on farmers’participation in agricultural enterprises.The expansion of rural labor transfer scale is not conducive to farmers’choices to become large professional households(including family farms)and participate in farmers’professional cooperatives.When farmers participate in the new agricultural business models,rural labor transfer and the continuous expansion of the transfer will make farmers more inclined to choose a new agricultural business model with a simple division of labor.The ages of producers,the area of land contracted by households,the area of land transferred,and whether they understand the new agricultural business models also have influences of various degrees on farmers’participation in the new agricultural business models.
