布比卡因脂质体exparel是目前唯一上市的局部麻醉药缓释制剂,被批准用于成人单次局部浸润麻醉及肌间沟臂丛神经阻滞。随着区域阻滞技术的发展,exparel的超说明书应用逐渐增加。本文综述了近年来exparel在躯干神经阻滞、外周神经阻滞及椎管内麻醉中的应用,评价其安全性和有效性,并关注特殊人群应用的相关研究。

Liposomal bupivacaine exparel is currently the only local anesthetic sustained-release preparation on the market.It has been approved for single-dose infiltration and interscalene brachial plexus block in adults.With the development of regional anesthesia,off-label use of exparel is gradually increasing.This article reviews the application of exparel in trunk nerve block,peripheral nerve block and intraspinal anesthesia in recent years,evaluates its safety and effectiveness,and pays attention to researches about the application of exparel in special population.
