Speed and Quality:Historical Evolution and Realistic Pathways of High-Quality Economic Development

在经济高质量发展新阶段,关注产业结构调整、资源优化配置以及创新动力的历史演变、发展路径及现实挑战具有重要意义。研究通过分析高速增长与高质量发展之间的差异,阐述了高质量发展的经济内涵。同时,通过对文献进行梳理,运用经济增长理论分析及探讨发展现实困境,深入剖析了高速增长向高质量发展转变的必要性。在发展路径选择上,文章提出应加快经济发展方式的转变,推动供给侧结构性改革,全面推动乡村振兴战略,积极构建新发展格局,并以创新为核心、改革为动力,着力推进经济高质量发展。

In the new stage of high-quality economic development,it is of great significance to focus on the his-torical evolution,development paths,and practical challenges of industrial structure adjustment,resource optimiza-tion allocation,and innovation momentum.This study elaborates on the economic connotation of high-quality devel-opment by analyzing the differences between high-speed growth and high-quality development.Simultaneously,through literature review,and analysis and exploration of the current development dilemmas by the application of economic growth theory,this research makes an in-depth analysis of the necessity of transitioning from high-speed growth to high-quality development from three perspectives.In terms of development path selection,this paper puts forward accelerating the transformation of the economic development mode,promoting the supply-side structural re-forms,comprehensively advancing the rural revitalization strategy,actively constructing a new development pattern,and focusing on promoting the high-quality economic development with innovation as the core and reform as the driving force.
