省域比较视角下河北恢复和扩大居民消费的问题与策略

Problems and Strategies of Restoring and Expanding Residents’Consumption in Hebei from the Perspective of Provincial Comparison

摘要 加快恢复和扩大居民消费是畅通国内大循环的关键环节,也是推动产业结构升级和高质量发展的根本动力。近年来,河北在对接京津、服务京津中实现了健康发展,京津冀地区的经济增长模式正从投资主导型向消费主导型转变。但对比而言,河北居民消费与京津差距明显,迫切需要在中国式现代化河北篇章中提升消费力,实现由消费大省向消费强省的战略性转变。结合当前形势,基于省域比较视角,锚定人民生活更加幸福美好的新时代消费发展目标,识别当下河北消费需求面临的重大问题,据此提出新形势新任务下推进河北消费升级的对策措施。 Accelerating the recovery and expansion of residents’consumption is the key link to smooth the do⁃mestic circulation,and also the fundamental driving force to promote the upgrading of industrial structure and high quality development.In recent years,Hebei has achieved healthy development in connecting with and serving Bei⁃jing and Tianjin,and the economic growth mode of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region is changing from the invest⁃ment-dominated to the consumption-dominated.However,in contrast with Beijing and Tianjin,there is an obvious gap between Hebei residents’consumption and those of Beijing and Tianjin,and it is urgent to improve the con⁃sumption power in the building of the Chinese-style modernization Hebei scene,and realize the strategic transforma⁃tion from a big consumptive province to a strong consumptive province.Combined with the current situation,and based on the perspective of provincial comparison,this paper anchors the new-era consumption development goal of a happier and better life,identifies the major problems facing the current consumer demand in Hebei,and thus puts forward countermeasures to promote the consumption upgrading in Hebei under the new situation and new tasks.
