大数据时代证券市场信息披露制度创新

An Exploratory Analysis of Innovation of Information Disclosure System in Securities Market in the Era of Big Data

大数据时代的到来给证券市场信息披露制度带来了机遇和挑战。当前面临两个问题:一是如何利用以及怎样用好大数据技术以实现我国证券领域进一步市场化;二是如何利用大数据平衡和保护证券市场中的各方权益。通过分析以上问题,界清大数据背景下信息披露的边界,从而解决大数据与信息披露制度相结合的实际问题。在此基础上提出三个方面的配套措施:通过电子化信息披露系统建立证券市场的数据库;引入适合我国信息披露制度的高性能数据分析系统;改善与大数据相关的法律与监管。通过以上措施夯实大数据技术在我国证券市场运行的基础,使大数据技术更好地服务于我国证券市场,以达到促进证券市场发展、保障投资者权益的目的。

The arrival of the era of big data has brought opportunities and challenges for the information disclo⁃sure system of the securities market.Currently,two issues are faced:First,how to use big data technology to realize the further marketization of China’s securities field;second,how to use big data to balance and protect the inter⁃ests of all parties in the securities market.By analyzing the above issues,this paper aims to define the boundaries of information disclosure in the context of big data,so as to solve the practical issue of combining big data with informa⁃tion disclosure system.On this basis,this paper puts forward the three supportive measures of establishing the data⁃base of the securities market through the electronic information disclosure system,introducing the high-perfor⁃mance data analysis system suitable for China’s information disclosure system,and improving legal and regulatory measures related to big data.The above measures are taken to tamp the foundation of the operation of big data tech⁃nology in China’s securities market,and make big data technology better serve China’s securities market,so as to promote the development of the securities market and protect the rights and interests of investors.
