高青稠油油藏降黏剂驱注入参数数值模拟优化

Numerical simulation optimization of injection parameters by viscosity reducer flooding in Gaoqing heavy oil reservoir

摘要 运用数值模拟方法评估降黏剂驱在高青油藏的应用效果,根据室内降黏剂评价试验结果,建立降黏剂驱数值模拟模型,并依据吨剂增油量对降黏剂注入参数进行优化。结果表明:当以降黏剂质量浓度为3000 mg/L、注入速度为200 m 3/d,共计注入降黏剂0.2 V_(P)(孔隙体积)时,吨剂增油量最高;与水驱相比,提高原油产量4.4×10^(4)t,提高采收率3.66%。 The numerical simulation was used to evaluate the performance of the viscosity reducer flooding in Gaoqing heavy oil reservoir.On the basis of the experimental results of the viscosity reducer,a numerical simulation model of viscosity reducer flooding was built and the injection parameters of viscosity reducer were optimized according to the oil increment per ton of agents.It is found that when 0.2 V_(P)(pore volume)of viscosity reducer is injected with 3000 mg/L mass concentration and 200 m(3)/d injection rate,the oil increment per ton of agent is the highest.Compared with water flooding,the crude oil production is increased by 44000 tons,and the oil recovery rate is increased by 3.66%.
