融合体育教师自我效能感的影响因素与提升策略探究——基于国外文献的分析 被引量:2

Factors Influencing Self-Efficacy and Strategies to Enhance It among Inclusive PE Teachers:Based on a Systematic Review of Foreign Literature

摘要 自我效能感是融合体育教师职业发展的内源动力,是影响融合体育教育高质量发展的重要因素,但当前我国对融合体育教师自我效能感的理论研究和实践探索重视不足,相关研究还较为少见。基于此,本文对国外融合体育教师自我效能感相关文献进行系统梳理,发现影响融合体育教师自我效能感水平的外显及内隐因素包括人口学变量、专业学习与培训、社会交往、教师个人特质和社会文化背景,并根据影响因素提出具有本土化特色的融合体育教师自我效能感的提升策略,为我国融合体育教育发展的理论与实践研究提供参考。 Self-efficacy is an internal motive force for the professional development of inclusive PE teachers and an important factor influencing the quality development of inclusive physical education.However,insufficient attention is paid to the theoretical research and practical exploration of the self-efficacy of inclusive PE teachers in China at present.Therefore,this study reviews the relevant foreign literature about self-efficacy of inclusive physical education teachers in foreign countries and finds that explicit and implicit factors affecting the level of self-efficacy of inclusive PE teachers mainly include demographic variables,professional learning and training,social interactions,teachers'personal characteristics and socio-cultural backgrounds,and proposes strategies to enhance the self-efficacy of inclusive PE teachers with localized characteristics,so as to provide reference for theoretical and practical research on the development of inclusive physical education in China.
