2013-2021年青岛市疾病预防控制中心实验室能力验证现状分析

Analysis on current status of laboratory capacity verification in Qingdao City Center for Disease Control and Prevention from 2013 to 2021

目的 分析青岛市疾病预防控制中心实验室能力验证状况,指导实验室质量控制工作。方法 2013-2021年对青岛市疾病预防控制中心实验室参加各级业务部门组织的化妆品、水及涉水产品、食品及其相关产品、放射防护、疾病控制、环境以及医院消毒效果和毒理等能力验证情况进行统计分析。结果 青岛市疾病预防控制中心参加上级业务部门组织的能力验证次数占55.24%(137/248);参加疾病控制和食品及相关产品领域能力验证次数多于其他领域,分别为107次和81次(分别占43.50%、32.93%);食品及其相关产品领域能力验证中微生物所占比例较大、占27.87%(34/122),其次为重金属、占24.59%(30/122);参加实验室能力验证活动中,检测次数合格率为95.97%(238/248),检测参数合格率为96.40%(268/278)。结论 青岛市疾病预防控制中心实验室能力验证所涉及的项目和参加频次全部覆盖评审要求,能力验证能较好地满足质量控制工作;但需进一步提高能力验证活动的自主性,关注检测领域的平衡性,提高能力验证的合格率。

Objective To analyze the status of laboratory ability verification in Qingdao City Center for Disease Control and Prevention,and to guide laboratory quality control.MethodsFrom 2013 to 2021,the data of the laboratory of Qingdao City Center for Disease Control and Prevention to participate in the validation of cosmetics,water and water-related products,food and related products,radiation protection,disease control,environment and hospital disinfection effect and toxicology were analyzed.Results The number of ability verification in the organization of superior business departments was 137 times,accounting for 55.24%(137/248).Participation in ability verification in the areas of disease control and food and related products was higher than in other areas,107 and 81 times respectively(43.50%and 32.93%).Microorganisms accounted for 27.87%(34/122),followed by heavy metals(24.59%,30/122).In the laboratory ability verification activities,the pass rate of test times was 95.97%(238/248),and the pass rate of test parameters was 96.40%(268/278).Conclusion The projects involved and the frequency of participation in the laboratory competence verification activities of Qingdao City Center for Disease Control and Prevention all covered the evaluation requirements,and the competence verification can better meet the quality control work,but it is necessary to further improve the autonomy of the competence verification activities,pay attention to the balance of the detection field,and improve the pass rate of the competence verification.
