摘要
近年研究发现,细胞外囊泡(extracellular vesicle,EV)作为膜衍生的天然纳米级囊泡结构,可通过携带的多种分子信号参与慢性疼痛(chronic pain,CP)的发生、发展。文章综述EV在CP调控中的作用机制研究,讨论EV调节疼痛的两面性,并介绍EV用于诊治CP的现状及展望,以期为CP的靶向治疗提供新的研究思路。
Recent studies have revealed that extracellular vesicle(EV),as membrane‑derived natural nanoscale vesicular structures,can be involved in the development of chronic pain(CP)through a variety of molecular signals they carry.This paper focuses on the mechanism of EV in the regulation of CP,discusses EV'duality in the regulation of pain,and introduces EV'status and pros‑pects in the diagnosis and treatment of CP,with the aim of providing new research ideas for the targeted treatment of CP.
