在全面建设社会主义现代化强国的新征程中,扎实推进共同富裕意味着在努力夯实物质共同富裕基础的同时,需要兼顾精神生活共同富裕的发展。实现精神生活共同富裕的必要性及现实意义包括:马克思主义的理论指引、共同富裕的重要组成、美好生活的应有之义。由于精神生活共同富裕建设在发展中呈现出物质与精神发展不平衡性,其本身具有的不可量化、延迟性等特征,且面临缺乏核心支持等现实问题,提出通过补短板促物质与精神共同富裕平衡发展、多元文化建设丰富群众精神全面发展、以社会主义核心价值观筑牢精神高地等措施,探究实现全民精神生活共同富裕的现实路径,以期为我国实现物质与精神共同富裕提供有益的借鉴。

In the new journey of building China into a great modern socialist country,to achieve solid progress in promoting common prosperity means that we should take into account the development of common prosperity in spiritual life while striving to consolidate the foundation of common material prosperity.The necessity and practical significance of achieving common prosperity in spiritual life include:the theoretical guidance of Marxism,the important components of common prosperity,and the due meaning of a better life.In order to explore practical ways to achieve common prosperity in the spiritual life of the whole people,so as to provide useful reference for the realization of material and spiritual common prosperity in China,we discuss the unbalanced development of material and spiritual life,the unquantifiable and delayed characteristics of the construction of common prosperity in spiritual life,and the lack of core support,and propose measures such as making up shortcomings to promote the balanced development of material and spiritual common prosperity,enriching the comprehensive spiritual development of the masses through diversified cultural construction,and building spiritual heights with socialist core values.
