中柬命运共同体建设是"命运共同体"理念在不同社会制度国家间的首次应用,这对于中国外交而言,具有标志性意义。目前,两国在全面战略关系框架下的紧密互动及务实合作,为中柬命运共同体建设提供了坚实的动力支持。同时,"一带一路"双边合作、澜湄次区域合作和中国-东盟(10+1)区域合作等机制共同构成的多层级、多中心网状结构,为中柬命运共同体建设提供了良性的互动架构。未来,目标导向和规则导向并重的关系建构模式,有望进一步夯实中柬命运共同体的价值基础和可持续发展能力,让中柬命运共同体建设真正成为国家间关系的典范。

The construction of a community with a shared future between China and Cambodia is the first application of the concept of"community with a shared future"among countries with different social systems,which is of landmark significance to China's diplomacy.At present,the close interaction and practical cooperation between the two countries under the framework of comprehensive strategic relations has provided solid driving force for the building of a China-Cambodia community with a shared future.At the same time,the multi-level and multi-center network structure composed of the bilateral cooperation under the Belt and Road Initiative,Lancang-Mekong subregional cooperation,and China-ASEAN"10+1"regional cooperation provides a benign interactive framework for the construction of a China-Cambodia community with a shared future.In the future,the relationship-building model with equal emphasis on goals and rules is expected to further consolidate the value foundation and sustainable development capability of the China-Cambodia community with a shared future,thus making it a model of international relations.
