经编弹力六角网眼织物飞丝问题研究

摘要 经编弹力六角网眼布的氨纶没有编织成圈,而是垫纱结构,垫纱结构纱线不稳定,容易飞出布面,给生产工艺设定带来较大的难题。为了改善和解决经编弹力六角网眼布飞丝问题并找到生产织物的最佳工艺,采用单一变量法设计了11个试验,分别阐述送经量、预定形坯布密度、预定形温度、成品定形助剂对氨纶飞丝问题的影响。通过测试和数据分析,结果表明,减小送经量和增大CPI对飞丝问题改善很大,甚至可以解决飞丝问题,不同的预定形温度和不同的成品助剂对飞丝问题影响不大。 The spandex on the warp knitted elastic hexagonal mesh fabric is not looped,but in an inlaid state,which is easy to move out of the fabric,increasing difficulties of setting processing parameters during fabric production.In order to improve and solve the problem and find the most optimized process against this phenomenon in warp knitting elastic hexagonal mesh fabric,1l experiments were designed by single variable method.The effects of warp run-in,density of preset fabric,preset temperature,presetting agents for the finished product on the problem of spandex yarn unexpected displacement were discussed.Through testing and data analysis,the results show that tightening the run-in and increasing the CPI have greatly improved the problem,even can solve the problem.Dfferent preset temperature and different presetting agents for the finished product on the problem have lttle effect.
