摘要
为探讨不同针织物组织结构、织造密度对导电织物导电性能以及其服用性能的影响,采用同一原料在电脑横机上编织出具有不同线圈密度的罗纹组织、双罗纹组织、畦编组织共3种组织结构针织物,并测试其导电性能以及透气性、耐磨性的服用性能变化。结果表明:在一定范围内,3种不同组织结构的针织物其导电性均随其密度增大而增大,3种组织中畦编组织导电性最好,双罗纹组织次之,罗纹组织相对较差;在服用性能上,罗纹组织透气性最好,耐磨性最差;双罗纹组织透气性最差,耐磨性处于两者之间;畦编组织耐磨性最好,透气性略差于罗纹组织;同时,织物电阻的变化规律与线圈结构有关,织物组织结构同时也会对织物的性能产生较大影响。该研究结果将有助于针织结构可穿戴织物的开发。
In order to explore the influence of different knitted fabric structures and knitting density on the conductivity and wearability,three kinds of knitted structures including rib,interlock and cardigan with different densities and same raw materials were knitted on computerized flat knitting machine.The properties of electrical conductivity,air permeability and wearability were measured.The results show that within a certain range,the conductivity of knitted fabrics with three different structures increases with the increase of their densities,among the three structures,the conductivity of cardigan stitch is the best,the interlock stitch is the second,and the rib stitch is the poorest.The rib stitch has the best wearability but the worst abrasion performance,interlock stitch has the worst air permeability but the abrasion resistance in between,and the cardigan stitch has the best abrasion resistance with its air permeability slightly worse than rib and interlock stitches.Moreover,the resistance changes of the fabrics are related to the loop structure,and the structure of the fabric will also have a greater impact on the performance of the fabric.The research results will help to the development of wearable knitted fabrics.
