三重四极杆液质联用仪同时测定酱腌菜中纽甜、三氯蔗糖的方法研究 被引量:1

摘要 纽甜、三氯蔗糖是人工合成甜味剂,甜度高、稳定性好、成本低,在食品生产加工中被广泛应用。《食品安全国家标准食品中纽甜的测定》(GB 5009.247—2016)规定了纽甜的测定方法,《食品安全国家标准食品中三氯蔗糖(蔗糖素)的测定》(GB 22255—2014)规定了三氯蔗糖的测定方法,二者需要分别进行前处理,并采用不同的设备进样检测。本文统一了前处理方法,采用三重四极杆液质联用仪同时上机检测分析,峰位处平稳清晰,无杂峰出现,方法精密度良好,纽甜回收率为94.05%~111.33%,三氯蔗糖回收率为90.13%~111.99%,符合要求。 Neotame and sucralose are artificial sweeteners with high sweetness,good stability and low cost.They are widely used in food production and processing.GB 5009.247—2016 stipulates the determination method of neotame,GB 22255—2014 stipulates the determination method of sucralose,the two need to be pre-treated separately.Different equipment was used for sample testing.In this paper,the pretreatment method was unified,and a triple quadrupole liquid mass spectrometry was used to detect and analyze the peaks at the same time.The peak position is smooth and clear,no miscellaneous peaks appear.The accuracy of the method was good,the recovery rate of neotame was 94.05%~111.33%,and the recovery rate of sucralose was 90.13%~111.99%,which met the requirements.
