摘要
利用实时荧光PCR法检测芝麻酱中的芝麻源性成分,以鉴定预包装产品的真伪。选取3份市售芝麻酱产品,其中1份标示不含芝麻成分,利用荧光定量PCR法进行检测。结果显示该法检测结果与产品标签相符,建立的检测方法可行。
A real-time fluorescence PCR method was used to detect sesame-derived ingredients in sesame paste to identify the authenticity of prepackaged products.Three commercially available sesame paste products,one of which was labeled as not containing sesame ingredients,were selected and tested using a fluorescence quantitative PCR method.The results showed that the assay results were consistent with the product labels and the established assay was feasible.
