苦荞、苦瓜等药食同源植物降血脂的研究进展

摘要 高脂血症是人体健康的重大威胁,针对高脂血症人群在症状表现后往往采用西药治疗。随着生活水平的不断提高,人们的健康意识逐渐增强,从饮食方面控制高血脂的发病率得到广泛关注。药食两用植物以其多通路、多靶点、毒性弱等优势出现在人们的视野,成为降血脂食品开发的重点。本文对高脂血症国内外研究进行了概述,并针对苦荞、苦瓜、决明子、桑叶、荷叶等5种常见药食同源植物降血脂的研究进展进行了综述,为药食同源植物降血脂产品的开发利用提供理论依据。 Hyperlipidemia is a major threat to human life and health,and people with hyperlipidemia are often treated with Western medicine after the manifestation of symptoms.With the continuous improvement of living standard,people’s health consciousness is gradually enhanced,and controlling the incidence of hyperlipidemia from the aspect of diet is widely concerned.With the advantages of multiple access,multiple targets and weak toxicity,medicinal and edible homologous plants have appeared in people’s view and become the focus of lipid-lowering food development.This paper provides an overview of domestic and international research on hyperlipidemia,and reviews the progress of research on hypolipidemia in five common medicinal and edible homologous plants,including tartary buckwheat,bitter gourd,cassia seeds,mulberry leaves,and lotus leaves,to provide a theoretical basis for the development and utilization of medicinal and edible homologous plants for hypolipidemic products.
