摘要
蛋白质的超标摄入和不合理补充对人的肾脏、肝脏有不良影响,还容易导致痛风、肥胖等问题,所以学会从膳食中合理补充蛋白质是十分重要的。本文主要从蛋白质对人体的益处与危害两方面,辩证分析了蛋白质摄入对人体健康的影响,并提出了膳食中合理补充蛋白质的方法,为保持人体健康提供参考依据。
Excessive intake and unreasonable supplement of protein have adverse effects on human kidneys and liver,and can easily lead to gout,obesity and other problems,so it is very important to learn to supplement protein reasonably from the diet.In this paper,the effects of protein intake on human health are analyzed dialectically from the two aspects of the benefits and harms of protein,and the methods of reasonable dietary supplementation of protein are put forward to provide reference for maintaining human health.
