摘要
采用气相色谱-三重四极杆质谱法对贵州不同产区的123个薏仁米样品进行了18种邻苯二甲酸酯(Phthalic Acid Ester,PAEs)含量检测,结果显示18种PAEs在123个薏仁米样品中均未检出,表明12个薏仁米产区的薏仁米样品均未受到PAEs污染,薏仁米中PAEs健康风险均在可接受范围内。
A gas chromatography-triple quadrupole mass spectrometry method was used to detect the content of 18 phthalic acid ester(PAEs)in 123 samples of coix seeds from different production areas in Guizhou.The results showed that none of the 18 PAEs were detected in the 123 samples,indicating that none of the 12 samples from coix seeds production areas were contaminated with PAEs,and the health risks of PAEs in coix seeds were within an acceptable range.
