液相色谱-质谱联用仪测定蔬菜中农药残留的基质效应研究

摘要 采用QuEChERS方法处理样品,液相色谱-质谱联用仪测定10种蔬菜中10种农药残留的基质效应。结果显示,10种农药成分在10种蔬菜中绝大部分是基质减弱效应。在日常检测工作中,需要配制相应的基质匹配标准工作溶液,确保结果的准确可靠。 The samples were treated by QuEChERS,and the matrix effects of ten pesticide residues in ten vegetables were determined by liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry.The results showed that most of ten pesticides were inhibition effects in ten kinds of vegetables.In the daliy detection work,it is necessary to prepare the corresponding matrix matching standard working solution to ensure accurate and reliable results.
