整体护理对老年糖尿病患者的临床应用效果分析

Analysis of the Clinical Application Effect of Holistic Care on Elderly Patients with Diabetes Mellitus

目的:分析整体护理对老年糖尿病患者的临床应用效果。方法:选取2021年1月至2022年9月入院的92例老年糖尿病患者,依据随机数字表将其划分为2组,对照组46例患者采取常规护理,观察组46例患者采取整体护理;对比2组血糖水平、生活质量、护理满意度。结果:观察组血糖水平(FBG、2hPG、HbA1C)显著低于对照组(P <0.05);观察组生活质量评分显著低于对照组(P <0.05);观察组护理满意度显著高于对照组(P <0.05)。结论:对老年糖尿病患者进行整体护理可提升其血糖控制效果,改善其生活质量。

Objective:To analyze the clinical application effect of holistic care on elderly patients with diabetes mellitus.Method:92 cases of elderly diabetic patients admitted to the hospital from January 2021 to September 2022 were selected and divided into 2 groups based on the randomized numerical table,46 patients in the control group adopted conventional care,and 46 patients in the observation group adopted holistic care;blood glucose level,quality of life,and care satisfaction were compared between the 2 groups.Result:The blood glucose level(FBG,2hPG,HbA1C)of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05);the quality of life score of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05);and the care satisfaction of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Holistic care for elderly patients with diabetes mellitus can enhance their glycemic control and improve their quality of life.
