督导式饮食宣教对慢性心力衰竭合并高血压患者的效果研究

摘要 目的:研究督导式饮食宣教对慢性心力衰竭合并高血压患者的效果。方法:以2022年1—12月于江苏省海安市人民医院接诊的100例心力衰竭合并高血压患者为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,各50例。对照组给予常规慢性心力衰竭合并高血压患者的药物干预及饮食建议,观察组则在对照组基础上给予督导式饮食宣教的膳食指导,随访干预至入组后2个月。比较分析干预前后两组舒张压、收缩压、胆固醇、甘油三酯、心脏超声(左心室射血分数)及降压药服用频次。结果:干预后,观察组收缩压、舒张压、胆固醇和甘油三酯均显著低于对照组,左心室射血分数、降压药减少或停用率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:督导式饮食宣教可有效改善慢性心力衰竭合并高血压患者的血压、血脂及心脏功能,值得借鉴。 Objective:To explore the effect of supervised diet education on chronic heart failure(CHF)patients with hypertension.Method:From January 2022 to December 2022,a total of 100 CHF patients with hypertension who admitted to our hospital were randomly divided into control group(n=50)and observation group(n=50).The control group was given routine drug intervention and dietary advice for CHF patients with hypertension,while the observation group was given supervised dietary education basis on the control group,and the intervention was followed up for 2 months after entering the group.The diastolic blood pressure,systolic blood pressure,cholesterol,triglyceride,left ventricular ejection fraction(left ventricular ejection fraction)and the frequency of taking antihypertensive drugs were compared and analyzed before and after intervention.Result:After intervention,the systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure,cholesterol and triglyceride in observation group were significantly lower than those in control group,while left ventricular ejection fraction and antihypertensive drugs decreased or stopped were significantly higher than those in control group,with significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion:The supervised diet education can effectively improve the blood pressure,blood lipid and cardiac function of patients with chronic heart failure complicated with hypertension,which is worth learning.
