Shepherd’s purse is a kind of medicinal and edible vegetable that is widely loved by people.In recent years,the shepherd’s purse industry in Henan province has developed better and better.This paper summarizes the development status of shepherd’s purse industry in Henan province from the aspects of production scale benefit,related products,and cultivation mode,and puts forward the direction and strategy of shepherd’s purse development,so as to provide reference for the development of shepherd’s purse industry in Henan province.
