可食用农产品中氨基甲酸酯类农药残留检测方法的研究进展

Carbamate Pesticide Residues in Edible Agricultural Products Research Progress of Detection Methods

氨基甲酸酯类农药由于低毒性、药效好等优点,被广泛运用于种植业当中,但其使用限量应严格遵守国家标准要求,不可超范围、超限量使用。本文通过查阅文献资料,总结可食用农产品中氨基甲酸酯类农药残留检验检测技术,并对各检测技术进行分析及阐述,对氨基甲酸酯类农药残留的未来检测发展趋势进行了探讨,以期在方法参考、技术支撑等方面为该类农药残留检测提供一定的借鉴。

Carbamate pesticides are widely used in the planting industry due to their advantages of low toxicity and good efficacy,but their use limits should strictly comply with the requirements of national standards,and cannot be used beyond the range or limit.Based on literature review,this paper summarized the detection technologies of usable carbamate pesticide residues in agricultural products,analyzed and explained each detection technology,and discussed the future development trend of detection of carbamate pesticide residues,in order to provide some reference for the detection of such pesticide residues in terms of method reference and technical support.
