摘要
在空调制造业中,换热器主要靠人工安装短U,自动化水平较低,劳动强度大,安装一致性差且生产效率较低。本文主要探讨和分析了短U安装机器人的设备原理、技术方案、工艺流程、技术创新点及行业推广前景。
In the air conditioning manufacturing industry,heat exchangers mainly rely on manual installation of short U,the level of automation is low,labor intensity is high,installation consistency is poor,and production efficiency is low.This paper mainly discusses and analyzes the equipment principle,technical scheme,process flow,technological innovation points,and industry promotion prospects of the short U installation robot.
