带式输送机实时工况监控系统的设计与应用

摘要 基于某煤炭企业运行的带式输送机控制系统,开展实时工况监控系统方案、硬件和软件等设计工作,结果表明,该系统实现了带式输送机实时工况监控功能。统计结果显示,引进实时工况监控系统后的带式输送机稳定可靠,降低了故障停机次数,缩短了故障排查时间,延长了有效工作时间,提高了产煤总量和经济效益。 Based on the control system of a belt conveyor operated by a certain coal enterprise,the real-time working condition monitoring system scheme,hardware and software design work were carried out.The results showed that the system achieved the real-time working condition monitoring function of the belt conveyor.The statistical results show that the belt conveyor with the introduction of real-time working condition monitoring system is stable and reliable,reducing the number of fault shutdowns,shortening fault troubleshooting time,prolonging effective working time,and improving the total coal production and economic benefits.
