煤矿掘进机机电设备故障监测与方法研究 被引量:3

摘要 针对煤矿掘进机机电设备传统故障识别方法存在速度慢、识别准确度差、无法对异常及时报警等问题,本文通过分析煤矿掘进机结构组成和关键部件,研究了煤矿掘进机关键设备故障机理和识别方法,提出了一种煤矿掘进机故障监测与诊断系统,并介绍了其硬件组成和异常识别流程。经现场安装和调试表明,采用该系统能准确识别机电设备故障,响应时间仅为1.89s,故障排除时间缩短94.6%,降低了劳动力成本,增加了煤矿产量,提高了经济效益。 In response to the problems of slow speed,poor recognition accuracy,and inability to timely alarm abnormalities in traditional fault identification methods for mechanical and electrical equipment of coal mine tunneling machines,this paper analyzes the structural composition and key components of coal mine tunneling machines,studies the fault mechanism and identification methods of key equipment of coal mine tunneling machines,proposes a coal mine tunneling machine fault monitoring and diagnosis system,and introduces the hardware composition and abnormal identification process.After on-site installation and debugging,it has been shown that using this system can accurately identify mechanical and electrical equipment faults,with a response time of only 1.89 s and a troubleshooting time shortened by 94.6%,reducing labor costs,increasing coal mine production and improving economic benefits.
