潜水泵是给排水行业中的关键设备,其健康状态直接关系到给排水业务的生产成败。潜水泵大多为被动维护,即发生故障后,断电停产维修,严重影响了运营生产。本文介绍了一种潜水泵在线健康监测诊断系统,在潜水泵外部或控制箱安装便于拆装的传感器,在不破坏泵体结构及外壳的情况下外置安装,监测及诊断潜水泵状态,彻底改变潜水泵被动维修局面,将其变为主动预防,并介绍该系统在苏州新区白荡污水处理厂二期扩建及提标改造工程的实际应用情况。

Submersible pump is the key equipment in the water supply and drainage industry,and its health is directly related to the success or failure of the production of water supply and drainage business.Most Submersible pump are maintained passively,that is,after failure,they are shut down for maintenance,which seriously affects the operation and production.This paper introduces an online health monitoring and diagnosis system for submersible pump,which is installed outside the submersible pump or in the control box with sensors that are easy to disassemble and assemble,installed externally without damaging the pump structure and shell,monitors and diagnoses the status of submersible pump,completely changes the passive maintenance situation of submersible pump,and turns it into active prevention,and introduces the practical application of this system in the second phase expansion and upgrading project of Baidang Sewage Treatment Plant in Suzhou New Area.
