摘要
本文主要分析庞庞塔煤矿5-107工作面片帮特点及原因,研究表明,5-107面端面距应控制在480mm以下,支架工作阻力在12000kN以上。经过采取针对性的玻璃钢锚杆、注浆加固等技术措施,工作面片帮的频率和尺寸显著降低,煤壁的稳定性显著改善。
This paper mainly analyzes the characteristics and reasons of the spalling of the 5-107 working face in Pangpangta coal mine.Through numerical simulation research,it is shown that the end face distance of the 5-107 face should be controlled below 480 mm,and the working resistance of the support should be above 12000 kN.After adopting targeted technical measures such as fiberglass anchor rods and grouting reinforcement,the frequency and size of the working face lining have been significantly reduced,and the stability of the coal wall has also been significantly improved.
