基于数字化工厂的铝合金门窗型材下料方法的研究

摘要 常规的铝合金门窗型材下料方法主要使用启发算法获取下料最优解,易受原材料规格的影响,导致余料量过高。为此,本文基于数字化工厂设计了一种全新的铝合金门窗型材下料方法,即利用改进蚁群算法构建铝合金门窗型材下料数学模型,生成型材智能下料算法,再结合下料流程,使用数字化工厂构建数字化型材下料平台,从而完成型材下料。实例结果表明,设计的铝合金门窗型材数字化工厂下料方法在不同原材长度下的余料量均较低,证明设计方法的下料效果较好,下料损耗较低。 The conventional cutting method for aluminum alloy door and window profiles mainly uses heuristic algorithms to obtain the optimal cutting solution,which is easily affected by raw material specifications and leads to excessive excess material.For this reason,this paper designs a new blanking method for aluminum alloy door and window profiles based on the digital factory,that is,using the improved ant colony optimization algorithms to build a mathematical model for aluminum alloy door and window profiles blanking,generate an intelligent blanking algorithm for profiles,and then combined with the blanking process,use the digital factory to build a digital profile blanking platform to complete profile blanking.The example results show that the designed digital factory cutting method for aluminum alloy door and window profiles has a lower residual material amount under different raw material lengths,which proves that the cutting effect of the design method is good and the cuttingloss is low.
