摘要
为完成矿井4326工作面回风顺槽在掘进过程中的智能化改造及建设任务,并实现机械化换人、自动化减人、智能化少人的目标,本文基于4326工作面回风顺槽的具体条件,设计了初步探索阶段、升级改造阶段、优化应用阶段的智能化改造路径,设计并搭建了掘进工作面智能化控制系统。实践表明,经智能化改造,掘进工作面单班进尺记录达到58m,日进尺最高可达95m,月进尺超过2400m,安全、技术、经济效益显著,可为相似条件下矿井的智能化改造提供借鉴。
To complete mine 4326 working face transport ation roadway in the process of intelligent transformation and construction tasks,and realize the mechanized substitution,automation,intelligent less goal,this paper based on 4326 face transportation lane specific conditions,design the preliminary exploration stage,upgrade stage,optimize the application stage of intelligent transformation path,and design and set up the tunneling face intelligent control system.The practice shows that after intelligent transformation,the record of single shift footage of tunneling face reaches 58 m,the highest daily footage can reach 95 m,and the monthly footage exceeds 2400 m.The safety,technical and economic benefits are remarkable,which can provide reference for the intelligent transformation of mine under similar conditions.
