摘要 针对煤矿井下压风机系统存在监控设施不完善、故障定位排查效率低下、自动化程度低下等问题,本文采用PLC作为控制核心设计了一套具有三层分布式结构的井上压风机智能监控系统。系统采用多传感器实时采集压风机各项运行参数,通过工业以太环网实现现场与上位机的数据交互,并通过上位机交互界面实现压风机的远程监测与故障预警,有效提高了压风机系统自动化及智能化监控水平,实现了井上压风机的无人值守。 In response to the problems of incomplete monitoring facilities,low efficiency in fault location and troubleshooting,and low automation level of the underground pressure fan system in coal mines,this paper adopts a PLC programmable controller as the control core to design an intelligent monitoring system for the underground pressure fan with a three-layer distributed structure.The system uses multiple sensors to collect real-time operating parameters of the compressed air fan,and achieves on-site data exchange with the upper computer through the industrial ethernet ring network.Remote monitoring and fault warning of the compressed air fan are achieved through the upper computer interface,effectively improving the automation and intelligent monitoring level of the compressed air fan system,and achieving unmanned operation of the well compressed air fan.
