采煤机电缆卷放装置的设计与仿真

摘要 重型连续采煤机以缆索为动力,但在使用中,由于电力线缆传输功率大、外径粗、距离长,且缺少相应的电缆线卷放设备,一般采用手工牵引,造成连续采煤机进、回退作业十分不便,影响采煤的生产效率,同时也存在很大的安全风险。因此,研制一款与重型连续式采煤机相匹配的电缆卷放装置,使其能够自动卷放,显得十分重要。 Heavy continuous shearer is powered by cables,but in use,due to the large power transmission power of power cables,thick outer diameter,long distance,and the lack of the corresponding cable reel and release equipment,it is generally manual traction,resulting in continuous shearer advance and rollback operation is very inconvenient,affecting the production efficiency of coal mining,but also there is a great safety risk.Therefore,in the coal mine of heavy continuous shearer,it is very important to develop the cable winding and discharging device matching with it,so that it can automatically winding and discharging.
