核级仪控电源模件可靠性运维管理技术研究

摘要 电源模件是核电厂中重要的仪控设备,其能够为棒控棒位仪控系统提供频率、时序和幅值可控的电压或电流信号。电源模件在长期服役过程中,将发生缓慢的降质甚至失效,严重时会影响机组的安全稳定运行。本文通过分析电源模件的服役环境,识别电源模件的降质机理,并提供相应的状态监/检测措施和寿命评估方法以及运维管理措施,对电源模件进行主动运维管理,以提高电源模件的运行可靠性与经济性。 Power module is an important instrument control equipment in nuclear power plant.It can provide voltage or current signals with frequency,timing and amplitude controllable for rod control and rad position instrument control systems.In the long service process,the power module will degrade slowly or even fail,which will affect the safe and stable operation of the unit.This paper analyzes the service environment of the power module,identifies the quality reduction mechanism of the power module,and provides corresponding status monitoring/detection measures and life evaluation methods,as well as operation and maintenance management measures,so as to carry out active operation and maintenance management of the power module,and improve the operation reliability and economy of the power module.
