基于因子分析法的建筑工程绿色施工管理影响因素分析

Analysis of Factors Influencing Green Construction Management in Building Engineering Based on Factor Analysis Method

针对建筑业存在资源消耗量大、对环境污染严重的问题,国家大力推广绿色施工,为提高绿色施工管理水平,找出建筑工程中影响绿色施工管理的关键因素。在分析相关文献并研读《绿色施工导则》与《绿色建筑评价标准》的基础上,结合问卷调查结果总结出30个影响建筑工程绿色施工管理的因素;采用因子分析法,利用SPSS26.0统计软件进行计算分析,按照降维的思想归纳30个影响因素得到7个公共因子:施工现场管理因素、组织目标管理因素、绿色环保意识、绿色施工评价管理因素、绿色施工技术与职业素质因素、利益相关者因素、施工用地管理影响因素;采用各主成分贡献率作为各主成分的影响程度大小,以区分不同因素的影响程度,重视这些因素的影响能进一步推进绿色施工并促进建筑业绿色转型发展。

In response to the problems of high resource consumption and serious environmental pollution in the construction industry,the country vigorously promotes green construction to improve the level of green construction management and identify key factors that affect green construction management in construction projects.On the basis of analyzing relevant literature and studying the"Green Construction Guidelines"and"Green Building Evaluation Standards",combined with the results of a questionnaire survey,30 factors that affect the management of green construction in construction projects were summarized.The factor analysis method is adopted and SPSS26.0 statistical software is used for calculation and analysis.According to the idea of dimension reduction,30 influencing factors are summarized and 7 public factors are obtained:Construction site management factors,organizational management by objectives factors,green environmental awareness,green construction evaluation management factors,green construction technology and professional quality factors,stakeholder factors,and construction land management influencing factors.Adopting the contribution rate of each principal component as the degree of influence of each principal component to distinguish the degree of influence of different factors,and emphasizing the influence of these factors can further promote green construction and promote the green transformation and development of the construction industry.
