随着新能源产业的快速发展,风力发电和光伏发电项目的建设装机容量逐年递增,因其用地规模大,手续办理流程冗长、缓慢,项目用地的合法合规性成为项目建设过程中的突出问题。本文根据近年参与的新能源项目建设的情况,结合行业其他项目出现的问题和案例,依据相关法律和规定,分析了新能源项目建设用地的合法合规情,提出了更为实用的建议和方案。

With the rapid development of the new energy industry,the construction and installed capacity of wind power and photovoltaic power generation projects has increased year by year.Due to the large scale of land use and the lengthy and slow procedures,the legal compliance of the project land has become a prominent problem in the project construction process.Based on the construction of new energy projects in recent years,combined with the problems and cases of other projects in the industry,and in accordance with relevant laws and regulations,this paper analyzes the legal compliance of the construction land of new energy projects,and put forward more practical suggestions and plans.
