基于传感器信息采集检测系统的机电一体化设备状态检测研究

摘要 根据机电一体化工作的特性,在硬件设备方面,将各个传感器安置于机电一体化设备,再用嵌入式上位机软件系统进行匹配管理。在软件应用方面,将CC2420元件作为传感器系统的核心部件,形成大量的一对一映射信息传递。结果表明:在一定的电磁干扰情况下,新式传感器信息采集检测系统能有效提升机电一体化设备的检测率,提升系统的整体自动化层级和准确性。 According to the characteristics of mechatronic integration work,in terms of hardware equipment,the sensors will be placed on the mechatronic integration equipment,and then use embedded PC software system for matching management.In the aspect of software application,the CC2420 component as the core component of sensor system can form a large number of one-to-one mapping information conduction.The results show that the new sensor information acquisition system can effectively improve the detection rate of electromechanical integration equipment,reduce the error information,and improve the automation level and accuracy of the whole system under a certain degree of electromagnetic interference.
