摘要
为提高通信电源效率,使设计的通信电源满足其投产使用后的功率需求,基于数字式控制DC-DC开关,开展通信电源设计方法的研究。计算电源的固定工作周期与电源降压转换器的输出电压,完成基于数字式控制DC-DC开关的电源降压转换器设计;采用减小磁芯体积的方式,优化通信电源磁芯的选择,引进面积乘积法(Area Product,AP),计算通信电源磁芯的截面面积,以此完成通信电源磁芯选择与匝数计算;根据通信电源的作业范围,主动调整供电电压电路节点分布,以此为依据,进行电源数字/模拟(Digital-to-Analog,A/D)电路与串口的通信设计。通过实验证明:所提出通信电源设计方法的应用效果良好,可以在确保通信电源输出功率符合要求的同时,使通信电源的效率在90%以上,通过此种方式,发挥出通信电源在实际应用中的更高价值与效能。
In order to improve the efficiency of communication power supply and make the designed communication power supply meet the power demand after it is put into operation,the design method of communication power supply based on digital control DC-DC switch is studied.The power supply required for digital control DC-DC switch is adjusted by using the switch.According to the fixed working period of the communication power supply and the designed output voltage of the power buck converter,the power buck converter based on the digital control DC-DC switch is designed.By reducing the volume of the magnetic core,the selection of the magnetic core of the communication power supply is optimized,and the Area Product(AP)method is introduced to calculate the cross section area of the magnetic core of the communication power supply,so as to complete the selection of the magnetic core and the calculation of turns.According to the operation range of the communication power supply,the node distribution of the power supply voltage circuit is adjusted actively.Based on this,the communication between the power supply Digital/Analog(D/A)circuit and the serial port is designed.The practical application experiment results show that the proposed communication power supply design method has good application effect.The communication power supply designed by this method can ensure that the output power of the communication power supply meets the requirements,and the efficiency of the communication power supply is above 90%.In this way,the higher value and efficiency of the communication power supply in practical application can be brought into play.
