摘要
高校图书馆担负着“以人为本,育人为先”服务育人的重要职责,勇担立德树人使命,为培养德才兼备的社会主义建设者和接班人,使多元大学生文化育人特征形成凝聚力。该文研究高校图书馆通过开展精神文化建设、制度文化建设、物质文化建设等参与校园文化建设,探究高校图书馆参与校园文化建设的路径选择,提出制度文化育人是立德树人的间接路径、环境文化育人是立德树人的隐性路径、服务育人是立德树人的基本路径、读书活动育人是立德树人的重要路径。通过深入学习领悟党的二十大精神内涵和精神实质,加强教风、校风、学风建设,启智润心,营造良好的校园学习氛围,帮助大学生提升社会主义核心价值观,为高校图书馆塑造发展新动能。
University libraries shoulder the important responsibility of"people-oriented,educating people first"service education,bravely shoulder the mission of establishing morality and cultivating people,and cultivate socialist builders and successors with both ability and political integrity,so as to form a set of cohesion with the characteristics of multicultural education for college students.Through the research on the construction of campus culture such as spiritual culture construction,institutional culture construction and material culture construction,the university library explores the mode and path selection of campus culture construction in university libraries.It is proposed that institutional culture education is the indirect path of moral education.Environmental culture education is the hidden path of moral education;service education is the basic path of moral education;reading activities are an important way to educate people.Through in-depth study and understanding of the spiritual connotation and spiritual essence of the 20 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,strengthening the construction of teaching style,school spirit and style of study,enlightening and moistening the mind,creating a good campus learning atmosphere,helping to enhance the socialist core values of college students,and shaping new momentum for the development of university libraries.
