摘要
图书馆是社会文化和科技知识的重要组成部分,其基本任务就是为社会提供文献信息服务,不断满足人们的文化需求。在信息时代,人们的阅读方式已经发生了很大改变,这给图书馆的读者服务工作提出了更高的要求。图书馆要想提高自身的竞争能力,就必须不断创新读者服务工作理念,积极转变管理理念和方式,以满足人民日益增长的阅读需求。信息时代的图书馆是社会进步的标志,为广大人民群众提供了丰富的精神食粮,丰富了人们的业余生活。随着时代的发展,图书馆读者服务工作也在发生着变化,但是一些传统观念依然存在。传统的图书馆读者服务工作是被动服务,而现代图书馆读者服务工作需求的是主动服务,要主动地了解读者需求,通过为读者提供针对性服务来吸引广大读者。
Libraries are an important component of social culture and technological knowledge,and their basic task is to provide literature and information services to society and continuously meet people's cultural needs.In the information age,people's reading methods have undergone significant changes,which have put forward higher requirements for library reader service work.If a library wants to improve its competitiveness,it must continuously innovate the concept of reader service work,actively transform management concepts and methods,in order to meet the growing reading needs of people.The library in the information age is a symbol of social progress,providing rich spiritual food for the general public and enriching their leisure life.With the development of the times,library reader service work is also undergoing changes,but some old concepts still exist.Traditional library reader service work is passive,while modern library reader service work should be proactive,attracting readers by actively understanding their needs and providing services.
