摘要
“教育内卷”时代研究生功利性学习动机及其形成机制成为重要议题。当代研究生片面追求“论文”“分数”“证书”内卷产生的效益,学习动机功利化倾向日趋严重,由此给学习效果、学习行为以及研究生自身成长带来诸多隐患。为突破“内卷化”困境,扭转学生极端功利性学习动机,应保障教育资源分配公平,打破“五唯”评价体系,寻求“他证”到“自证”的转向。
The utilitarian learning motivation of graduate students has a long history,and this study in-troduces the concept of"involution"to try to explain its forming mechanism.Contemporary graduate students unilaterally pursue the benefits generated by"paper","score"and"certificate",and the ten-dency of utilitarian learning motivation is becoming increasingly serious,which brings many hidden dangers to the learning effect,learning behavior and graduate students'own growth.In order to break through the dilemma of"introversion"and reverse the extreme utilitarian learning motivation,we should guarantee the fair distribution of educational resources,break the"five only"evaluation system,and seek the turn from"other proof"to"self-proof".
