摘要
在“双高计划”背景下,从组群逻辑、内涵建设、评价标准和机制三个方面分析专业群建设面临的挑战与改革思路,并以南通职业大学药品生产技术专业群为例,实证研究了专业群的组群逻辑、人才培养模式的创新、双师型团队的打造及专业群运行管理评价机制的构建。
Under the background of the“Double High Plan”,the challenges and reform ideas of major group construction were analyzed from three aspects:group logic,connotation construction,and evaluation criteria and evaluation mechanism,and then,taking the pharmaceutical production technology major group of Nantong Vocational University as an example,the group logic of major groups,the innovation of talent training mode,the construction of dual-teacher teams and the construction of major group operation management evaluation mechanism were empirically studied.
