基于南通高职教育产教融合发展的实践,总结其发展成效及在政策机制、资源要素、人才培养等方面存在的难点,进而针对性提出治理赋能促融合、数字赋能促转型、共育赋能促创新的对策路径。

Based on the practice of the integration of industry and education in Nantong’s higher vocational education,this paper summarizes its development effects and difficulties in policy mechanisms,resource elements,talent training,etc.,and then puts forward the countermeasures of promoting integration through governance empowerment,transforming through digital empowerment,and innovating through joint education empowerment.
