高校基层党组织培育学生党员组织观念的途径

The Path of Fostering the Organizational Concept of Student C.P.C.Members of Basic-level Party Organizations in Colleges and Universities

以大学生党员和入党积极分子为对象,调研大学生党员组织观念现状,分析高校基层党组织在学生党员组织观念培育方面存在的不足,进而从健全制度体系、拓展学习平台、营造优良文化氛围三个方面提出强化学生党员组织观念的途径。

Taking student party members and party activists as the subjects,this paper investigates the current situation of college and university students’organizational concept,and analyzes the shortcomings of fostering the organizational concepts of student C.P.C.members’in the basic-level party organizations in colleges and universities,and then proposes ways to improve the work from three aspects:improving the institutional system,expanding the learning platform,and creating a perfect cultural atmosphere.
