摘要
数字孪生技术在流域综合管理中的应用仍处于探索阶段,为了推动该技术在水利行业的深入应用,总结了数字孪生三峡库区建设过程中的经验,研究了建设过程中应用的关键技术。通过预报方案体系智建工具、预报调度实时互馈技术、水工程调度规程推理技术、全链条水文智能预报方法等实现了流域智慧模拟预报;提出了基于LBS技术的洪水预报预警信息靶向发布的技术思路,实现发布机构与用户的双向互动智慧化预警服务模式;提出了宏观、中观、微观多尺度,平面二维、立体三维、混合现实全场景的方案分析与展示思想,结合智能化模拟预报、智慧化预警,实现预报调度预演,辅助精准化决策。技术成果在三峡库区防洪安全和淹没影响分析中取得了较好应用效果,可为数字孪生流域建设提供参考借鉴。
The application of digital twin in basin comprehensive management is still under exploration.For promoting deeper application of digital twin technology in water conservancy filed,we summarize the experiences in the construction of digital twin of Three Gorges Reservoir region,and introduce some key technologies applied in the construction process.Through the intelligent construction tool for forecasting scheme system,real-time forecast-scheduling mutual feedback technology,deducing technology of water projects dispatching rules,whole-chain smart hydrological forecast method,we realize the intelligent forecasting and simulation of the basin.Based on the LBS technology,we propose a targeted release method for flood forecast and early warning information,a two-way intelligent interaction between users and management organization is achieved.Meanwhile,we develop a scheme analysis and display methodology that is characterized as multi-dimensional with macro-scopic,medium-scopic,micro-scopic,and whole scene with 2D,3D and mixed reality.Based on this and combining with intelligent forecasting and pre-warning,we achieve the forecast based scheduling rehearsal and assisting the accurate decision-making.The set of technologies mentioned above have achieved better application results in the flood control safety and the analysis of inundation impact in the Three Gorges Reservoir region,which can provide a reference for the construction of digital twin basins.
