依托导师科研创新团队的研究生创新能力培养模式研究与实践 被引量:1

Research and Practice on Cultivation Mode of Postgraduates’Innovation Ability Based on Tutor’s Scientific Research and Innovation Team

摘要 研究生创新能力的培养是研究生培养环节的重中之重,良好的培养模式是研究生创新能力培养的关键。而随着研究生招生规模不断扩大以及大数据时代多学科相互之间交叉融合越来越紧密等原因,目前在传统单一导师培养模式下,无论是导师的时间精力,还是导师的学术水平、学术视野、知识结构、知识广度、实践经验等,都不利于研究生创新能力的培养。以导师科研创新团队为依托,探讨导师科研创新团队培养模式对研究生创新能力培养的优势,并以笔者自身科研创新团队为实例,就团队组织结构、管理机制、评价奖励机制、学术交流机制四个方面,具体介绍团队对研究生创新能力培养的相关实践,以期解决单导师个人时间精力的有限性、学术水平和视野的局限性、知识结构和广度的单一性以及实践经验的不足性等与研究生知识需求的多学科、综合性以及实践性等之间的矛盾,从而有效培养和提高研究生的创新能力。 The cultivation of innovation ability of postgraduates is the most important part in the cultivation of postgraduates,and a better cultivation mode is the key to the cultivation of innovation ability of postgraduates.However,with the continuous expansion of graduate enrollment and the in-creasingly close integration of multidisciplines in the era of big data,the time,energy,academic level,academic vision,knowledge structure,know-ledge breadth and practical experience of the tutors are not conducive to the cultivation of postgra-duates’innovation ability based on the traditional singletutor cultivation mode.This paper discusses the advantages of the cultivation mode of tutor’s scientific research and innovation team to the cul-tivation of postgraduates’innovation ability,and takes the author’s own scientific research innovation team as an example from four aspects:the team organization structure,the management mechanism,the evaluation and reward mechanism and the academic exchange mechanism to introduce in detail the prac-tice of cultivating the innovation ability of postgraduates in order to resolve the contradictions between the limitation of time and energy,the limi-tation of academic level and field of vision,the singularity of knowledge structure and breadth,and the insufficiency of practical experience of a single tutor and the multi-disciplinary,comprehen-sive and practical knowledge demands of postgra-duates,thus effectively raises and enhances postgraduates’innovation ability.
