用于少量生物样品的微波真空干燥装置设计与应用

摘要 生物技术研究中样品干燥是重要的步骤。设计一种基于微波加热的用于少量生物样品干燥的装置,由微波干燥、冷却、真空控制和液体收集四个单元组成,分别说明各部件的选型。以蚕丝蛋白为干燥对象,优化该装置干燥样品的工艺参数。该装置能够快速完成干燥少量生物样品,可进一步用于各种少量样品的干燥实验。 Sample drying is an important step in bio-technology research.A device for drying a small amount of biological samples based on microwave heating is designed,which is composed of four units:microwave drying,cooling,vacuum control and liquid collection.The selection of each component is explained respectively.Taking silk protein as the drying object,the process parameters of drying samples in the device were optimized.When drying a small amount of samples in biological experiments,the device can quickly complete the drying process,and can be further popularized for various experi-ments of small samples that need to be dried.
